In March 2017, Stripe raised $200 million in Series D funding led by Greenshoe Investments. In April 2018, Stripe announced a partnership with International Business Machines Corp. (IBM. to create a new blockchain-related technpogy called Hyperledger Fabric. In August 2018, Stripe hired former Product Hunt CEO Ryan Hoover as VP of Product.
