Google sheets is a free software that helps to create and share spreadsheets online or offline. Before using this particular software, people use to make spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Since Google sheets is free, it has become very popular. It is very easy to learn and use.

  • MINDBODY?
  • MINDBODY is an online subscription-based business management platform that offers users with an online booking system at no cost. People can connect their MINDBODY account with Google sheets and have access to the data in spreadsheets. Unlike other systems, MINDBODY does not charge for any booking. It also allows users to schedule appointments within the system and sends appointment confirmations to clients. Although you can adjust your scheduling fee, it is not required.

  • Integration of Google Sheets and MINDBODY
  • In order to integrate Google Sheets and MINDBODY, you need to install the two different apps on your device. After that, you have to create a new link from MINDBODY to Google Sheets. To do so, fplow these steps:

    • Go to “Settings” in MINDBODY.
    • Go to “Integration” and then select ” Add New Integration”.
    • Select “Google Sheets” from the list of available options. Complete these steps and then click “Next Step”.
    • Choose the “Linked Sheet Name” and enter the title of the sheet you want to add in the “Cpumn Header” section. Click “Save Changes” when done. Now, you are able to view your names data in Google Sheets! You can view the spreadsheet in full screen by clicking on the full screen icon below the spreadsheet window. If you want to export your names data into another format, go to File > Download as > Comma Separated Values (CSV.
    • Once you have downloaded your CSV file, open it up in Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet application on your computer. From there, you can make changes as needed!
    • Once you are done making all of your changes, you need to upload the updated CSV file back into your Google Sheets account. To do so, open up Google Sheets and click on “File” > “Upload” > “File Upload” > “From your computer” > find and select your updated CSV file > click “Open” > “Upload” > “Begin Upload” > “Uploading…” > click “done uploading” > Close and reopen your Google Sheets app on your device. Now you can see the changes that you made in your spreadsheet!
    • If you want to add more than one row of data at a time, simply click on “File” > “Upload” > “File Upload” > “From your computer” > find and select your updated CSV file > click “Open” > “Upload” > “Begin Upload” > “Uploading…” > click “done uploading” > Close and reopen your Google Sheets app on your device. Now you can see the changes that you made in your spreadsheet!
