Very convenient; Not only is this integration easy but it also saves the user a lot of time as it eliminates the need for uploading images separately through different applications. Furthermore, it saves the user from having to pay subscriptions on other cloud storage applications such as Dropbox or Box whereas Google photos provides a 15 GB free storage capacity for each user’s account. Thus, this integration makes it very convenient for users as they do not need to worry about storing or managing their online image storage accounts anymore because everything will be managed by Google Photos and Mailgun.
Compatibility; Both technpogies are compatible with many devices such as smartphones such as iPhone (iOS. or Android phones or tablets such as iPad (iOS. or even computers running Windows OS or Mac OS X operating systems. Therefore, if the user has an Apple device such as an iPhone or an iPad, he/she can simply upload files from their iPhones or iPads directly into their cloud storage account using their Gmail accounts. This way, when they receive emails from their friends or families with pictures attached in them, they can simply use their iCloud feature in order to upload these pictures from their emails directly into their cloud accounts without having to open up another application manually. In addition, if one wishes to upload files into his/her cloud storage directly from their computers, he/she must first download and install the Mailgun agent onto their computer then connect it to his/her Gmail account by using his/her existing Office 365 account or his/her Google Account. Once connected, all incoming attachments will be automatically uploaded into his/her cloud storage in an encrypted format which means that only the sender and receiver will be able to see these files while others will not be able to access them unless they have authorization rights from either party invpved in the exchange of information. Thus, this technpogy allows the user to have multiple devices working together in order to transfer information from one source into another without causing too much hassle for him/her.
