Google Photos, formerly known as Google+ Photos and Picasa Web Albums, is a photo organizing, sharing, and storage service developed by Google. It was announced on May 15, 2015 at the Google I/O developer conference. Google Photos provides free unlimited storage for all of a user’s photos and videos. The service analyzes each image to find categories such as objects, people, and places, and groups them into what it calls ‘Albums’. Google Photos is currently available on Android, iOS, and on the web. In addition to the free storage space it provides, Google also offers additional storage through subscription services.
JotForm is an online form builder that allows users to create and design forms without any knowledge of web development or programming. It is a web-based application that enables users to create their own forms without knowing any code. JotForm was founded in 2005 by Aytekin Tank and Cagdas Onal. It began as a project on Sourceforge.net and later moved to its current home at www.jotform.com. The company has grown steadily over the years. Today the company has more than 700 employees with offices in Turkey, India, Romania, Ukraine, and Brazil. In 2013 it had 3 million registered users. In 2014, it became one of the first companies to be certified under the EU Code of Conduct for Data Processors. In 2015 JotForm was mentioned in the book Business Model You! as an example of a B2B business model.
In this section I will discuss the features of Google Photos that can be used for JotForm submissions.
Google Photos offers easy organization of photos via its integration with Google+. You can use Google Photos to organize images according to specific terms such as people, places, events or anything else you want to label your photos with. The “People” feature allows you to search images based on people in them and tag them accordingly. For example if you have a photo of your family or friends and you want to group them together in a separate album you can easily do so via Google Photos. This feature can be used in association with JotForm to allow users to upload images with descriptions and people tagged in them. In this way users can easily tag their submissions while uploading them onto JotForm from Google Photos. By using the “Places” feature of Google Photos users can easily tag images that correspond to a particular location (i.e. a wedding location. This feature can also be used in conjunction with JotForm to allow users to tag their submissions with locations that correspond to where they took them (i.e. “wedding venue” or “wedding reception” etc.. By using the “Events” feature of Google Photos users can easily tag images that are associated with a specific event (i.e. “wedding”. This feature can also be used in conjunction with JotForm to allow users tag their submissions with events (i.e. “wedding”. Finally, the “Text” feature of Google Photos allows users to type in keyword terms and relevant information about their images. This feature can be used in conjunction with JotForm to allow users add tags for their submissions while submitting them onto JotForm from Google Photos. An example of how this could work would be if a user uploaded an image onto JotForm from Google Photos and tagged it as “wedding” and “wedding venue” this information would then be automatically integrated with the submission on JotForm.
Google Photos offers customizable backgrounds with cpors based on metadata such as date, time, camera settings etc. This feature can be used in conjunction with JotForm to allow users to customize their background cpors based on when they took their submissions. For example, if they took their submissions in July they could set the background cpor of their submissions to orange. Alternatively if they took their submissions during winter they could set the background cpor of their submissions to blue. Similarly if they took their submissions during night they could set the background cpor of their submissions to dark blue etc. By using this feature of Google Photos in conjunction with JotForm users could customize their backgrounds on a regular basis depending on when they took their submissions which would allow users to easily differentiate between submissions taken at different times (i.e. summer vs winter. This would also help them keep track of which submissions were taken when they were not able to remember exactly when they took them (i.e. summer vacation vs winter vacation. Users could also use this feature in conjunction with Google Calendar to allow them to set custom backgrounds based on events they have added onto their calendar (i.e. announcing engagement. This would allow users to ensure that they did not upload images taken at an event that does not correspond with the event listed onto their calendar (i.e. if user added an event onto their calendar describing an engagement but then took pictures at a wedding she or he would not want those pictures showing up on their calendar simply because they were not aware that her or his engagement photos were taken at a different time. This would also be useful for people with multiple jobs who have multiple calendars (i.e. work & personal. because it would allow them to differentiate between the two (i.e. work events vs personal events.
Google Photos offers several editing features such as filters, effects, cplages etc., which can be used in conjunction with JotForm by allowing users to edit their photo submissions on Google Photos before submitting them onto JotForm (i.e. user takes a photo, edits it on Google Photos, adds description or tags then submits it onto JotForm. This would be beneficial because it would reduce some of the stress concerning photo submission by making it easier for people who are not very good photo editors (i.e those who take all or most of their photos using their camera phone. This feature could also reduce issues like inaccurate descriptions or labeling due to bad quality photos (i.e. blurry photos taken with cell phones. Furthermore if users had access to these editing features via an app (i.e. an app for Android or iPhone. rather than having access only on the website this would also benefit people who take most or all of their photos using their phone because it would provide them with even greater ease when uploading them onto JotForm (and thus less frustration. Furthermore since Google Photos offers unlimited storage space (unlike iOS. people who take all or most of their photos using their phone would not have to worry about deleting pd photos from their phone to make room for new ones since there is no limit for how many photos they can upload onto Google Photos thus benefiting people who do not have enough storage space on their phone since they can upload all of their photos onto Google Photos without worrying about running out of space on their phone or accidentally deleting important photos because they do not have enough space left on their phone anymore for new ones (which is especially problematic if someone uses an android device because unlike iPhones android phones do not require you to delete photos before inserting new ones which can cause people to accidentally delete important ones. With regards to apps I believe that this feature would be especially helpful for people who take all or most of their photos using cameras because they would then be able to edit them via an app before uploading them onto JotForm instead of having to do so directly via the website which is often too difficult for inexperienced photo editors (due to lack of accessibility. or people who take most of their photos using cameras because it would eliminate unnecessary strain placed on cameras while attempting editing via the website which could potentially damage them (especially important for people who take all or most of their photos using expensive cameras like DSLR cameras. Also many photographers take hundreds or even thousands of pictures at a time (especially photographers who work for magazines or newspapers. which means that correcting mistakes made during editing is much more difficult than usual since there may simply not be enough time since there are so many other things that need attention at the same time including taking new pictures (thus making it difficult for someone who does not have unlimited time at her/his disposal due to having other obligations like working full time. which means that it is even more important for us to provide simpler ways of improving picture quality so that mistakes made during editing are reduced (if even possible reduced at all. Additionally if we were able to integrate our product with third party apps such as Lightroom this
