    • Google Group to Zoho Writer

    • Google Group to Zoho Writer

    Google Groups can be directly integrated with Zoho Writer so that the content of the group can be imported into Zoho Writer. This can be done by fplowing the given steps:

    • First, create a group on Google Groups by logging in with your Gmail account.
    • Now, create a document on Zoho Writer. Then, select the “Create from Document” option in the right panel. The “Add Document” link appears in the left panel. Click on it. The fplowing screen will appear:
    • Now, click on the “More” link in the middle panel of the page. A new panel will appear. Select the “Import from Google Groups” option from the list of items present in this new panel. You will be directed to a page where you have to provide the email address of the Google Group that you want to import into Zoho Writer. Then, click on the “Next” button:
    • A new page will appear where you will be asked to enter some information like the title and description of your document and other details like its date and time and the subject line of the email sent by Google to invite members to join your group. Then, click on the “Next” button:
    • A new page will appear asking you to add one or more files that you want to add to your document. You may add as many files as you want to add by clicking on the “Add More Files” link in this page:
    • Now, click on the “Finish” button:

    You will be directed to a page where you will see all the files that were added to your document:

    Now, if you want to add more documents from your Google Group to your document, you can do so by clicking on the “+ Add More Files” link present in the lower part of the right panel:

    When you are ready with your work, simply click on the “Save & Close” button from the top right corner of the page:

    The content from your Google Group will now be saved in your document at Zoho Writer:
