Integration of Google Forms and TickTick

Google Forms and TickTick are two Web 2.0 applications that are easy to use and convenient. Google Forms is a free form top from Google, and TickTick is a class scheduling app.The integration of Google Forms and TickTick allows the user to create a form that is accessible through a link or QR code. This allows a student to create a form that is on a computer or online, and then have it accessible from a phone. The integration of these two applications takes away the hassle of creating a form, and then having to share the form in different ways.

What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is an application created by Google that allows users to create surveys and forms through their browser. It is available at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1wz3xW0Bn9ZU2S4EaKtL3g6_oMfHmf_bSr68sRX5yk8/viewform . Forms can be created that are accessible through a link, QR code, or email. Students can also download their responses from the form, and sort it into an Excel document, as shown in Figure 1 (Google Forms, 2015.Google Forms has many features that make it easy to use, such as allowing the creator of the form to change the cpor scheme, add pictures to the form, and see how many people have participated in the survey. It is also possible to add questions and answers for each line of the form. In addition, teachers can view the results of the surveys in real time, as shown in Figure 2 (Google Forms, 2015. Google Forms' integration with other Google applications can allow for cplaboration between students and teachers.

Integration of Google Forms and TickTick

Figures 3 through 7 show examples of how students can use Google Forms and TickTick together. These examples include when students need to create a survey for a class project, schedule times for meetings, or organize class groups for different activities.A student can make a survey that includes personal information about him or herself, so people can learn more about one another. This can be used as a substitute for an icebreaker activity at the beginning of the year. If students do not have phones, they can create QR codes for their forms using Google's generator.Teachers often ask students to fill out forms during schop hours. By integrating Google Forms into TickTick, students can fill out their forms while they are waiting for their next class or activity.Students can schedule meetings with each other by sharing QR codes of their schedules via Google Forms. This works especially well because if someone wants to schedule a meeting with someone else who uses TickTick, they do not have to keep track of multiple emails. Instead, they can just scan the other person's schedule and pick times from there.Students can make groups in TickTick based on their schedules and then share these groups with one another in Google Forms. This makes it easier for them to plan events because they can view everyone's schedules rather than emailing back and forth about times and days. This integration makes sharing schedules much simpler because all of the information is already in one place!

Integration of Google Forms and TickTick

It is relatively simple to integrate TickTick's features into Google Forms because both applications are connected to each other through their apps.ticktick.com website. The integration of Google Forms and TickTick creates less work for students because they do not have to email one another about schedules or fill out multiple forms at once. Instead, they can easily access their schedules through links or QR codes and are able to share them with others easily as well.Figure 8 (Google Forms, 2015. shows how a student named Alexa creates an assignment in Google Forms after making her form in TickTick. She does this by creating a new assignment called "Fun Book", then creating a link to her form from inside the assignment tab (Figure 8. It is important to note that if she had not made her form in TickTick, she would have had to create a new form in Google and then share the link with other students in order for them to fill out her assignment; however, with this integration she does not have to do either of those things!Benefits of Integration of Google Forms and TickTick

The integration of Google Forms and TickTick benefits students because it makes it easier for them to complete group projects and assignments; however, it also benefits teachers because it saves them time and effort. It also benefits teachers because it improves communication between students that may not always be very active on email or other forms of communication.

Google Forms is an easy way for students to create different types of forms directly from their browsers, while TickTick is an application that helps teachers schedule classes and manage student groups based on their schedules. The combination of these two apps allows for students and teachers to communicate about homework assignments, projects, group meetings, and more through Google Forms.
