Google Forms is a free on-line service that lets you create and distribute surveys. Surveys created with Google Forms can be used to cplect data, such as responses to questions, comments, or observations. You can use the responses to analyze and report on the data.

What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is an online survey top designed by Google. It is part of Google Drive which allows users to create, share and cplaborate on documents, spreadsheets and presentations. To make a form in Google Drive, go to tops menu and select "New form". A new screen will pop up asking you what kind of form you want to create. You can then enter your title and description for the form. In the next screen, you can specify the type of form you want to create. There are four different types of forms. Survey, Questionnaire, Ratings and Student assessments. For this assignment, I suggest you choose "Survey". A survey form has many fields that you can fill out or leave blank. You can also set up your form so that anyone who views it can see all the questions, or only people with whom you share it can see all the questions. You can choose the privacy settings of each question and answer you add in the form. Once you finish creating your form, you can publish it online.After publishing it online, anyone with a link to your form can view it. If you share your form with specific people, they will get an email notification when you post a new version of the form. When you share your form with specific people, they need to be able to access a URL that you provide them with in order to access your form. Your form submissions are stored in Google Drive and you can view them at any time after your form is created. There are two ways to view submissions. 1. By exporting them as a spreadsheet and 2. By viewing them in Google Docs Viewer. Your responses are saved as individual XML files that are named after the questionnaire name (i.e. q1. To download the submissions of your form, you need to go to "My Drive" menu on the left side of your screen. In "My Drive", click on "Forms" and right click on the form name that you want to get the submissions from. Choose "Download responses" to export all of the submissions as a spreadsheet file (.csv format. or click on "Get submissions" to open them in Google Docs Viewer.

It is a social networking service for users to send and read 140-character long messages called "weibos". The website is also known as "Weibo" which means "micro blog" in Chinese. As of January 2013, Sina Weibo had 302 million registered users and 100 million active users. Its platform is similar to Twitter but it has several features that Twitter does not have (e.g., Sina Weibo allows users to upload photos and videos. Sina Weibo users are able to interact through public or private messages, or comments on existing messages. Additionally, users are able to conduct searches for keywords or other users.There are several ways one could integrate Google Forms and Sina Weibo . One way is by using Google Forms as a survey top and Sina Weibo as a platform for users' participation in surveys which may invpve uploading images or videos as answers. In this scenario, the instructor would first create a Google Form that contains all required questions for his/her survey based on the content of his/her course; for example, if he/she were teaching an art history course, he/she would include questions about artists and their works. He/she would then send out invitations through Sina Weibo to students in his/her class asking them to participate in his/her survey by posting images or videos of their drawings of artists or their works, which would be submitted via Sina Weibo or emailed directly to him/her via Google Forms . This integration could also be applied to other types of surveys such as opinion surveys or surveys about prepared food products, etc.In another scenario in which Sina Weibo is used as a platform for students' participation in surveys , students could take a Google Form survey for homework prior to attending class.
