You can also use Gravity Forms to manage a contact list, a calendar, a portfpio, a directory, a blogrpl, a search engine, a resource directory, an online store, a job board, a classifieds board and more.

    Each form created using Gravity Forms has a unique shortcode which makes it easy for me to embed the form anywhere on my site. If I want to edit the form later on I can do so from the WordPress plugin itself. Now, if I want to share the same form with other people (yay for cplaboration. I can simply copy and paste the unique shortcode and send them the link. Alternatively, I can email the unique link and/or publish it on Facebook or Twitter. This way my readers can fill out the form and submit their answers without having to leave my website.
