Active Campaign is a platform that allows users to cplect data, send emails, and track results. The platform is very user friendly and allows for making changes to forms without having any technical knowledge. It also allows for tracking all data through its dashboard.

Integration of Google Forms and ActiveCampaign

Integration between Google Forms and ActiveCampaign is very simple. Users can simply copy a link to their form in Google Forms and then paste it into the “Create A Form” box in ActiveCampaign. To do this, fplow these steps:Once the form has been copied to ActiveCampaign you will see a preview of your form. This will appear as fplows:To integrate the two, add an action to your form by clicking on the “+” sign in the upper right corner. You will see a drop down menu appear where you can select “Actions.” Once selected, a window will pop up asking you what you would like to do with the form submission after it completes. In this case, we want to tell ActiveCampaign that whenever someone submits our form we want it to trigger an email so we can automatically send out an email to everyone who has submitted our survey. To do this, click on the “E-mail” option in the drop down menu:Next, in the “Recipient E-mail Address” field, enter your email address. In the “Subject” field, enter a subject line. Then, you can change the body text of your email or leave it blank if you would like to write your own body text in ActiveCampaign. The only thing left is to select the “Send e-mail when:” option. Select “After the form is submitted” from the drop down menu:Finally, click on “Save Action.” Your action should now look like this:Now when you go back to your Google Form and click “Submit Form,” you will receive an email asking you if you want to send your responses to your email address. Clicking yes will take you back to ActiveCampaign where you will see your e-mails waiting for you.
