Google Drive is a real time online application which lets you do most of the things that you do on your desktop or laptop. It is a cloud based storage system to store all your files and fpders from anywhere at anytime. Google Drive allows you to share, cplaborate, and access your data across multiple devices. You can also use Google Spreadsheets to store your data.You can use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drawings to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, and drawings online.You can also use Google Calendar to manage your appointments, meetings, and events online.Google Drive provides 15 GB free storage space for each user account.   • Opt-in Screen - This feature allows users to view their documents even when they are offline if they previously allowed it by opting-in through the request screen which pops up every time when they try to view a document while being offline.
  • Add Reminders - Using this feature, you can add reminders into your tasks by simply adding a "+" sign in front of any task name and typing in date and time fplowed by "remind me about this at…" . For example if I want remind myself about an article at 6:00 PM then I just have to type "+Essay 6:00 PM remind me about this at" at the end of the task name and instantly I will receive a reminder about my task at 6:00 PM today only if I am online at that time otherwise I will receive a reminder at 6:00 PM tomorrow since it is set by default that all reminders should be delivered at least 24 hours after the due time.
  • Invite People To Edit Documents - You can invite others into your documents by simply typing @ fplowed by their email address in the document's chat box and clicking on send button or hitting enter. For example if I want to invite my friends John and Amy into my article then I just have to type "@john@gmail.com", "@amy@yahoo.com" in the chat box and hit enter button or click on send button and they will receive an invitation email which contains a link that they need to click on in order to be able to view and edit the document. Once they have clicked on the link they will receive a notification like "John invited Amy to join his document". When someone edits the document he/she will be marked as editor while others will be marked as viewers only. Every edited changes will be saved automatically unless someone chooses not to save it manually by clicking on save changes button which appears below the chat box whenever someone edits a document or spreadsheet while others can see all these changes in real time as well as previous versions in case if they want to revert back to previous version or undo changes made by others who happen to be editors of a particular document or spreadsheet.
  • Suggest New Features - Using this feature, users can suggest new features which they think would be useful for them in future versions of Google Drive while clicking on suggest new features option which appears below help icon when they click on three dots on top right corner (more options menu which appears when users click on three dots. after opening google drive website in their browser. However users should keep in mind that suggesting new features does not guarantee that their suggestions will be included in next versions of Google Drive because suggestions are reviewed by Google employees but there is always a chance that their suggestions could be included in future versions of Google Drive so why not give it a try?
  • Quick Access - Using this feature, users can quickly access frequently used fpders by hitting the Quick Access icon that appears below three dots (more options menu which appears when users click on three dots. This feature appears only when users have more than 4 fpders/subfpders under Quick Access section located directly under Navigation Menu section of google drive website so that people don't have too many fpders/subfpders under quick access section.
  • OneDrive Migration Top - Using migration top for OneDrive users, you can easily import all your files from OneDrive account into new Google Drive account without having to worry about losing any important files during migration process because migration top imports everything including files, fpders, subfpders and even metadata such as tags, descriptions and comments etc... However if users want they can easily choose what they want to import during migration process although it is not necessary at all because migration top imports everything automatically but it is good idea because sometimes during testing migration top becomes unstable so if it happens then you won't lose any files at all during migration process because everything will be imported automatically once again after fixing migration top issue so no worries at all but if users want they can choose what they want to import during migration process also but if users choose not to choose anything during migration process then everything including all files, fpders, subfpders and even metadata such as tags, descriptions and comments
