On June 18, 2014, Google Drive and MINDBODY announced a partnership. In this partnership, Google Drive would be integrated with MINDBODY’s online scheduling software.
This section will discuss the integration of Google Drive and MINDBODY. The integration will be done via Google Docs. This is where users will be able to access their schedule directly from Google Drive. A user can open up their schedule on Google Drive by simply clicking the “Google Drive” icon located on the main dashboard of MINDBODY. Then, they can see their schedule in a presentation format or spreadsheet format. Users can also add notes to the schedule and create tasks to do for each appointment.
MINDBODY will also have an option for users to share their schedule with others. For example, if a client has booked an appointment with an esthetician using MINDBODY, that client can share the estheticians Google Calendar with their friends or family so they know when they are out of town. This sharing feature will be available in the “sharing” tab in your settings.
Google Drive and MINDBODY will be a great addition to existing online scheduling platforms like Mindbody. This integration will allow clients to see their schedules and tasks from the convenience of their own home.
