DEAR (Drop Everything And Read. Inventory is a program by the Paulding County Schop District in Georgia that requires students to read 20 minutes a day. In order to ensure that students are doing this, teachers use a DEAR Inventory form to record how long students have been reading each day. Students are also required to log on to DEAR every morning between 7:00 and 8:00 am and write down what they did the previous day.
