Zoho Inventory is an online inventory management software used to manage products or services from the inventory owner's perspective. It helps in tracking sales, purchase and delivery of items. Zoho Inventory also has a built-in CRM (Customer Relationship Management. module that helps in managing customer relationships and accounts.

Integration of Google Contacts and Zoho Inventory

Google Contacts and Zoho Inventory are integrated to make it easy for users to manage their contacts and leads in a single location. The integration helps users in sharing contacts among different applications like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar etc. The user can add a contact to Gmail via the "Add Contact" option present on the contact's page. This option is only visible if the contact is already present in your Google Contacts account. If you want to save a new contact in Google Contacts, you can do it by simply adding a new contact in Gmail.A new contact will be created in Google Contacts with the details entered in the email message body and this contact will also have an associated Gmail contact. When creating a new contact with Zoho Inventory, the user has to go through the additional step of choosing whether he wants to add the contact to Gmail or not. If he chooses not to add the contact to Gmail then he will have to create it manually in his Gmail account.There are some limitations when integrating Zoho Inventory with Google Contacts. The main limitation is that there is no provision for synchronizing Zoho contacts with Google Contacts. Zoho Inventory allows syncing only with Google Calendars and Google Drive. It does not allow any synchronization with Google Contacts.Another limitation is that it doesn't have any provision for syncing emails sent from Gmail to Zoho Inventory. It can sync only those emails which are sent from Zoho Inventory to Gmail.
