Google Contacts and PDF4mePDF4me is a web app that can be used to create and edit PDFs online. It also helps to exchange the information with others through email, print or Bluetooth. Google Contacts is an application that provides a way to store contacts in the cloud.Today, more people are using computers and technpogy to work and communicate with each other. The communication between people has become easier than before because of the use of computer technpogy. Today, information can be sent, shared, edited and viewed by any user at any time and place. Nowadays, there are various technpogies that are available to help people share their information. One of them is Google Contacts that was released in 2005.Google Contacts is a free application that allows users to store their contact information in the cloud. This information is then accessible from any computer or mobile device that is connected to the Internet. With Google Contacts, users can store information such as names, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses for their contacts in one place. This information is stored in the cloud which means that it is stored online and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Google Contacts uses a system called CardDAV which allows users to sync their data with applications such as Apple Address Book, iCal, Outlook, Thunderbird, Novell Groupwise and Yahoo! Address Book. Google Contacts also syncs with mobile phones such as Android devices and iPhones.This application helps to keep track of various information for each contact including addresses, home phone numbers, cell phone numbers and email addresses. It also enables users to organize their contacts into groups so they can easily find and edit them. Google Contacts can be accessed via the web browser so it does not need to be installed on each computer or mobile device. However, it is also available as a downloadable application for the Android operating system as well as iPhone/iPad and Windows Phone 7.In order to access Google Contacts on a desktop computer, users have to login using their Gmail address and password. Once logged in, they will see a list of all their contacts in a list view and details such as birthdays and anniversaries in a separate tab. When users double click on a contact name, they will see all the information available about this person including phone numbers, addresses and email addresses.Users can edit this information if necessary by clicking on the pencil icon next to it. They can also add new information by using the Add Contact button available at the top right corner of the screen. In order to save time, users can add these new contacts directly using their Gmail address so that the information will be automatically saved in Google Contacts.Google Contacts also allows users to import their contacts from Outlook or Apple Address Book if they wish to do so. In order to do this, they simply have to open up the menu on the left side of the screen and click on Import from Outlook or Import from Apple Address Book depending on what they want to import. When importing from Outlook, users may have to sign in using their Microsoft account credentials. In addition, Google Contacts does not allow users to import more than 500 contacts at a time for security reasons.When editing contact details in Google Contacts, users can select or deselect certain fields such as Home Phone Number or Birthday by clicking on the check box next to each field on the right side of the screen. By clicking on it again when it is selected, they will remove it from the contact details. They can also add additional phone numbers or email addresses by entering them manually into the respective fields on the right side of the screen or by importing them from an existing contact using the Add Contact option available at the top right corner of the screen.Users can also organize their contacts into different groups within Google Contacts so that they can easily find and edit them later on. For example, if a user wants to organize his/her contacts into groups for family members and friends, he/she can create two groups and then add all his/her family and friends into those groups respectively. Users can create groups by clicking on Manage Groups on the left side of the screen and then clicking on Create Group at the top left corner of the page. They can also edit or delete groups by clicking on Manage Groups again on the left side of the screen and then clicking on Edit or Delete Group respectively at the top right corner of the page. Once users have finished creating or editing their groups, they can drag-and-drop their contacts into different groups by hpding down their mouse button over a particular contact's name and then dragging it over a group name to move that contact there. After doing so, users will see all their contacts organized into groups based on where they were dragged into on the left side of the screen in alphabetical order starting from A-Z by default however users will be able to change this order if they wish to do so.In order to synchronize Google Contacts with another software program such as Apple Address Book or Outlook for example, users simply have to go into Tops -> Account Settings -> Services (tab. -> Google Contacts Sync (button. When they click on this button, they will get a window asking them what information they would like to sync with their other software program such as "All Contacts", "Outgoing Phone Numbers Only" or "None". However, if users choose Outgoing Phone Numbers Only, they will not be able to receive calls from anyone that has added their updated number into one of these software programs unless they update it in both places manually with their updated number at least once before they receive any calls from these people. The only way around this is by making sure that all your numbers are always updated (not just your home phone number. before you make any changes on either Google Contacts or your other software program because some people may forget to update you with their new number after changing it in their software program even though you may already have updated your number with theirs already in your software program with Google Contacts; therefore no one will know how to reach you if there are any discrepancies between your software program's google contacts number and your actual google contacts number stored in your google account until you update your number with theirs again manually with your actual number at least once before they call you again in this case (see notes below for more details.
