Integration of Google CloudPrint and Kintone

The integration of Google CloudPrint and Kintone consists of Google CloudPrint Plugin for Chrome and Google Plugin for Firefox. First, we will be integrating Google CloudPrint Plugin into Kintone. The Google CloudPrint Plugin allows you to quickly set up a printer with Google Cloud Print and print from any application where you can print. Second, we will be integrating Google Plugin for Firefox into Kintone. The Google Plugin allows you to print directly from Firefox to your printer without having to install anything on your computer.To integrate Google CloudPrint into Kintone, do this:

1. Download the Google CloudPrint Plugin at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gcp-print-for-chrome/hchdoefoabapogeepljijlkhebihacnige?hl=en . 2. Install the Google CloudPrint Plugin on Chrome. 3. Go to Kintone and log in using your credentials. 4. Click on “Tops” -> “Google CloudPrint Setup” 5. Fplow the instructions on the screen to add your printers via Google Cloud Print 6. After adding all of your printers, click “Save” 7. You can now print from any application or website by clicking on “File” -> “Print” -> “Cloud Printer Name”To integrate Google Plugin for Firefox into Kintone, do this. 1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/google-cloudprint/ and download the plugin for your version of firefox 2. Install the plugin 3. Go to Kintone and log in using your credentials 4. Click on “Tops” -> “Google Cloud Print Setup” 5. Fplow the instructions on the screen to add your printers via Google Cloud Print 6. After adding all of your printers, click “Save” 7. You can now print from any application or website by clicking on “File” -> “Print” -> “Cloud Printer Name” 8. Your printer should automatically load when you click “File > Print” 9. If not, make sure you are connected to the internet. 10. Next, select the number of copies you would like to print 11. Choose if you would like to cplate your pages 12. Then select whether you would like to print double sided 13. Lastly, click “Print”
