Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online are two popular online accounting and time management systems. Google Calendar is a free, web-based calendar service provided by Google. QuickBooks Online is a business management system that allows businesses to keep track of finances online.

This software also offers multi-user support, allowing up to ten employees to access it at one time.As of March 31, 2012, QuickBooks Online had more than 800,000 subscribers.Together, these two systems allow users to share information and make work easier. The integration of these two programs allows users to see events from Google Calendar alongside events from QuickBooks Online, creating a better work experience for users. This project will explore how these two systems can be integrated together and what the benefits will be.

Google Calendar provided an easy way for users to enter their schedule and events for the day and lets them share it with others. Users can invite friends or family members to view their calendars through Google Calendars's sharing tops. Users can also add other calendars such as hpiday schedules, sports schedules and schop calendars to their personal calendars in order to keep track of what they have already planned for the day and what is coming up in the future. Events on Google Calendar include birthdays, anniversaries, classes, meetings and appointments with clients or customers.Users can also import existing data into Google Calendar in order to create events automatically without having to manually enter each event one at a time. Google Calendar offers a unique feature called “Tasks” that users can use to plan out their day or week. Users can set specific deadlines for each task, moving them forward or backward in time if necessary, although the deadline cannot be changed once it has passed.The user interface of Google Calendar is very simple and straightforward; it is organized into three main sections.
