Once all the information is entered, users click on the "Link now" button to continue with the integration process. After clicking on the "Link now" button, users are redirected to https://www.zoho.com/mail/, where they need to create a Zoho Mail account by entering their name, email address, password, company name, country/region, language preference, time zone and date format preference. After completing all these details, users are directed back to their Gmail account where they see a new message stating that their account has been successfully linked with their Zoho Mail account. By integrating Gmail with Zoho Mail via this method, there will be one combined inbox for all your emails through both services.The integration process of Gmail and Zoho Mail is completed when users perform the actions required for integrating both services as described above (either by using the Add Account option or the Link Your Accounts option.
