Integration of Gmail and Zoho Mail

Zoho Mail is a web-based email service that was launched in June 2005 by ZOHO Corporation. Zoho Mail is a free Zoho product. Zoho Mail was launched in June 2005, and its latest version was released in July 2009. Zoho does not have any disadvantages and it is very useful. Zoho Mail integrates with Zoho Calendar, Documents, and Contacts.

Integration of Gmail and Zoho Mail

Gmail can be integrated with Zoho Mail by signing into Gmail account and then accessing the Settings option. There are two methods for integrating Gmail with Zoho Mail; you can either access the "Add Account" option or the "Link Your Accounts" option using the Settings option in Gmail. To integrate Gmail with Zoho Mail using the Add Account option, users need to enter their name, email address, password, type of account, type of server, server address, whether POP3 or IMAP is used, and server port number. Once the details are entered, click on the "Next Step" button to proceed to the next page, where users need to enter the information requested from them in order to complete the integration process. After filling out all the details, users click on the "Finish" button. After integrating Gmail with Zoho Mail via the Add Account option, users need to create a Zoho Mail account at https://www.zoho.com/mail/. To integrate Gmail with Zoho Mail using the Link Your Accounts option, users need to sign into their Gmail account and then open the "More mail settings" link available on the top right corner of the webpage. Users then click on the "Linked accounts" tab and then click on the "Link your account" button to initiate the linking process. Users are asked to enter their name, email address, password, type of account, type of server, server address, whether POP3 or IMAP is used, and server port number. Once all the information is entered, users click on the "Link now" button to continue with the integration process. After clicking on the "Link now" button, users are redirected to https://www.zoho.com/mail/, where they need to create a Zoho Mail account by entering their name, email address, password, company name, country/region, language preference, time zone and date format preference. After completing all these details, users are directed back to their Gmail account where they see a new message stating that their account has been successfully linked with their Zoho Mail account. By integrating Gmail with Zoho Mail via this method, there will be one combined inbox for all your emails through both services.The integration process of Gmail and Zoho Mail is completed when users perform the actions required for integrating both services as described above (either by using the Add Account option or the Link Your Accounts option. The user interface of Gmail and Zoho Mail becomes integrated once both services are successfully linked to each other. This means that if a user receives an email through his/her Gmail account, he/she also receives notifications through his/her Zoho Mail account alerting him/her about this particular email at once (since both accounts have been integrated. This same thing happens when a user sends an email from his/her Gmail account; he/she gets notifications immediately from his/her Zoho Mail account alerting him/her that he/she just sent out an email through his/her Gmail account.
