First of all, if a woman is pregnant with twins for 9 months, she would have noticed that her belly is getting bigger at some point during her pregnancy. However, according to the article, she didn't notice anything until she was 39 weeks pregnant which is a suspicious thing to do since she's having twins so the doctor would have tpd her that she's pregnant with twins before he let her go home from the hospital after giving birth. Although there are cases where a woman remains unaware of her pregnancy because she has a rare type of amnesia called "pregnancy amnesia", even if she did have pregnancy amnesia, she would have noticed her developing belly after 9 months which means that she really wasn't pregnant with twins for 9 months.
