Users can access Gmail on the web and using third-party programs that synchronize email content through POP or IMAP protocps. Gmail started as a limited beta release on April 1, 2004, and ended its testing phase on July 7, 2009.
Microsoft To-Do is productivity app for Windows 10 and iOS (iPhone and iPad. devices. It helps you manage your tasks with a nice interface and easy to use features. With Microsoft To-Do you can create new To-Dos, organize them into lists, set reminders, add notes, share lists with others (including co-workers. and more. In addition, this app works across multiple platforms so you can access your lists on iPhone, iPad, Android devices, PC and Mac.Microsoft To-Do is a free download from the App Store and Google Play Store. The app requires an active Office 365 subscription to sync between devices. Open the app from any device, pick up where you left off to manage tasks and projects seamlessly across all of your devices.Microsoft To-Do is available for iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices. It syncs with Outlook Tasks and Microsoft Planner. Planner users can connect Planner to their To-Do lists via an Office 365 Group. Users who don't use Planner can connect a personal Office 365 account to their To-Do lists.Microsoft To-Do will be integrated with Microsoft's Office 365 apps such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The company plans to integrate it with Outlook in the future as well. With To-Do integration will be available in Word and PowerPoint by the end of 2016, while Excel will get it in early 2017. This integration allows users to add a "Todo" task to their presentation or spreadsheet using the "Insert" menu option. Once added, the task is synced across all of your devices.
