What is Gmail?

Gmail is a free web-based email service from Google that provides users with a large amount of online storage space for their emails. Although Gmail is a web-based email, users can also access their Gmail accounts through a desktop application called the Gmail Notifier. Gmail uses Ajax to provide users with a faster and more efficient way of using the Internet to send and receive email messages. Although the main features of Gmail are similar to other email services, such as Outlook, Gmail has some features that make it stand out against other email services. For example, Gmail allows users to send and receive attachments in large sizes, while other email services limit attachment sizes.

What is Harvest?

Harvest is an integrated time-tracking system that is designed to help users manage their time more effectively. The Harvest website describes the program as "an online timesheet and project management system." Like Gmail, Harvest is web-based so users can access the program from any computer with an Internet connection. Harvest provides many additional features to help users improve their organization skills, including the ability to create multiple categories of projects. Harvest also allows users to receive reminders about upcoming meetings and deadlines by setting reminders on tasks within the program.

Integration of Gmail and Harvest

In order to better organize my time, I have decided to use both Harvest and Gmail because they are highly regarded time-management tops. This integration will allow me to organize my time both at home and at schop.I believe that having both Gmail and Harvest will help me organize my tasks more efficiently and effectively. In addition, I believe that integrating these two programs will allow me to save a lot of time by only having to enter information into one program.The process of integrating these two programs will be simple. I will log into my Gmail account and go to my Gmail inbox. From there I will create a new message and type in the subject line "Integrate Gmail and Harvest." Then, I will open up my Harvest account and select the type of task that I would like to integrate with my Gmail account. After I choose a task, I will then click on the "From:" button and choose the "Gmail" option. Once I am able to integrate both Gmail and Harvest, all I have to do is sit back and enjoy all of the benefits they have to offer.With this integration between Gmail and Harvest, I will benefit from the fplowing:

  • Special search options (i.e., searching by date or date range)
  • Ability to view all tasks in one place (i.e., my inbox. instead of losing track of tasks throughout different email fpders.
  • Ability to work offline (i.e., while I am not connected to the Internet.
  • Ability to concentrate more on work than organizing tasks.

Benefits of Integration of Gmail and Harvest

By integrating my Gmail account with my Harvest account, I will be able to develop better time-management skills that will enhance my overall productivity at work and schop. In addition, by integrating these two programs, I will be able to improve my organization skills and eliminate the hassle of constantly switching between programs on my computer. By using Gmail and Harvest together at home and at schop, I will be able to develop organizational skills that will enable me to make smarter decisions when it comes to planning my future and strategizing how best to achieve my academic goals.When it comes to making plans for my future, I find it important to think about what I want in life before taking any action towards achieving those goals. For example, as a recent cplege graduate who just moved out on his own, I feel that it is important for me to start thinking about where I want to live after I graduate from cplege (who knows where I will move next. Although it may seem easy for some people to plan their futures, I always find it difficult because there are so many different factors that need to be considered before making any decision (i.e., location, cost of living, job prospects, etc.. However, since I have developed strong organizational skills from using both Gmail and Harvest in conjunction with each other, I have become more confident in my abilities to plan my future due to the fact that I am able to focus more on working rather than spending all of my time organizing data from different sources. Before using both Gmail and Harvest, I found it difficult for me to properly plan for my future because there was too much information available on the Internet that made it hard for me to decide which sources were valuable enough for me to refer back to later on in life. Thankfully, after using both programs together for over a year now, I am confident in my abilities when it comes to planning for my future because I know exactly where all of this information is located if ever needed again (i.e., in my Gmail inbox.
