Integration of GitLab and Zoho CRM

Introduction. If you are like me, you have grown tired of managing your contacts, leads, opportunities, and customers in multiple different platforms and tops. I have used Salesforce in the past, but I have grown frustrated with the complexity of the top. A while back I started using Zoho CRM to manage my contacts. Zoho CRM is a nice top for managing contacts, and it is free to start. It has many features that make it easy to add contacts, enter notes about them, and see how they relate to each other. The biggest problem is that Zoho CRM does not integrate with my developer/workflow top, GitLab.I am a big fan of GitLab. I move all of my projects to GitLab as soon as possible. I use GitLab for project management, source code management, issue tracking, etc. There is nothing else out there that I have found that compares to GitLab. It is an amazing application. One thing that GitLab lacks though is a good CRM integration. I had been using StreakCRM which worked pretty well but sometimes it would break. So when I found out about the native GitLab integration with Zoho CRM I was very excited. This makes managing your contacts simple and easy. It allows you to treat your contacts as issues and allows you to easily track how they are related to each other.

The integration between Zoho CRM and GitLab is very seamless. You can add your Zoho account details into your GitLab instance, and then any time you create a contact or opportunity it will automatically create a new issue on the appropriate project board (Projects section. Then this issue will be linked to the contact or opportunity in Zoho CRM, and vice versa. The benefits of this are numerous:· You can add a contact or opportunity in one place and have it show up in the other place automatically. This saves a lot of time because you do not need to manually update anything across multiple systems. If you want to change something about a person or opportunity you can do it once and have it updated in two places automatically.· It allows you to track sales leads from one place. Instead of creating leads in multiple places, you can just create them once in Zoho CRM and then link them to a contact or opportunity in Gitlab.· If you are working full time as an independent consultant or contractor you can use this integration with Zoho CRM to manage your clients and existing opportunities more effectively.· If you are using Zoho CRM for managing your leads and then exporting them to a CRM like Salesforce you can use this integration instead because it has similar features and does not charge you per lead like Salesforce does.

This integration is a great alternative to Salesforce or other expensive CRM sputions because it is free for unlimited users and unlimited projects (you are limited only by storage space. It also allows you to save a lot of time because you are able to use GitLab for everything from project management to issue tracking and user support tickets. What are some alternatives?

The process to integrate GitLab and Zoho CRM may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
