Integration of GitLab and IMAP by Connect

GitLab?

GitLab is a web based application that allows users to manage projects. Projects can be created, edited and deleted by the user. Users also have the ability to create and delete repositories on their servers. The ability to create repositories with little to no restrictions is one of the biggest advantages of using GitLab in regards to other software such as GitHub.

GitHub allows users to create repositories but they are limited in what they can do with them. For example, users can’t add or edit files within a repository without using the command line interface. This can make it very difficult for non-geek users. GitLab allows users to edit files within repositories without having to know how to use the command line interface.

IMAP by Connect?

IMAP by Connect is an application that allows users to view or send email messages from a remote client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. This application works in conjunction with Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, and other IMAP email accounts, which means that users can see all of their emails from all of their accounts on their computer. This makes it much easier for users to switch between accounts when replying to emails. When a user replies to an email through IMAP by Connect, they will still receive notifications on their phone and tablet even if the email was sent through a different account like Yahoo!.

One of the biggest issues with GitLab is that while you can use it to manage projects, you can’t use it to manage emails. For example, if you are working on a project together with someone else and you want to share and discuss the document you are working on, you can do so through GitLab.
