Once upon a time, I was struggling to manage all my emails and fplow-ups in a timely way. As a Sales Manager, I needed to organize my email inbox very effectively; otherwise, I would be overwhelmed by daily tasks (emails, meetings, calls), which could distract me from working on my main tasks (such as closing deals.
Every day, I would spend hours checking my email inbox, organizing emails from different sources (clients, other sales people, etc..
