Fplow Up Boss is a contact manager software that helps us to manage our contacts and work more efficiently. It is very important to keep our contacts up to date as they are very crucial for any kind of business. The Address Book helps the user to store all the contacts in a searchable database. This software offers a wide range of options to categorize the contacts.
Deskpro is a time management software that helps the user to manage their tasks, schedule and projects. This software includes an email top which can be used to send reminder emails to the contacts in order to remind them about their commitments. A Contact Manager also helps the user to import contacts from Outlook, Google Contacts or Yahoo! Mail, and save them into a few clicks. There are two tabs available for the contacts one is “My Contacts” and another one is “Business Contacts”.
It also includes a Personal Assistant which keeps track of your tasks, projects and schedules and sends you alerts whenever it is required. It has over 30 functions that can be integrated with the software. The software also has a Calendar to help the user to manage their daily tasks.
Deskpro can import the contact information from other sources and can be saved into Deskpro and then exported into Fplow Up Boss. To do this a user needs to have both of these software installed in their computers. Both software are similar so there will not be any problem while integrating them. The user needs to click on the “Integrations” tab in Deskpro and then check the box next to “Fplow Up Boss”. Then he/she needs to click on “Connect” below the checkbox. A pop up will appear which will inform you if you want to export your existing contacts and whether you want to import the contacts. After checking these boxes click on the “Import” button. Click on “Export” for exporting the contacts to Fplow Up Boss. The names of the imported contacts can be changed by typing over them. The saved contacts will appear in the Address Book under Deskpro. So now we can import these contacts from Deskpro into Fplow Up Boss by fplowing the same steps mentioned above.
