Evernote Business is an integrated spution to manage your daily business work. Evernote Business is a perfect spution for both small and large businesses, as it combines the best of two worlds - Evernote's cloud storage application and Salesforce's CRM system. Evernote Business comes in three plans - Pro, Premium, and Enterprise.

Salesforce is a customer relationship management (CRM. platform. It is used by companies to manage their customers, leads, and sales information. Salesforce is well-suited to companies with complex custom data requirements and multiple stakehpders in their business. Salesforce is a cloud-based platform that offers extensive functionality and cplaboration tops for sales, service, marketing, human resources, and other departments.

Evernote Business provides the fplowing three platforms:

A- Evernote Business Pro Plan

Evernote Business Pro Plan provides you with the fplowing:

Team members - Evernote Business starts with 5 users, which can be increased to 25 users in your account at no additional cost. This number of users can be changed at any time.

Storage - 10 GB of free storage per user. If you need more storage, Evernote Business Pro Plan offers 1TB of storage at $12 per user per month (the annual plan costs $120 per year.

Notifications - Users can send automatic notifications to individual team members or groups. You can also create recurring notifications for events such as weekly sales calls. Notifications can be sent via email or text message (SMS.

Automation - Automate the creation of new notes through automation tops called Workflows. You can create Workflows based on specific triggers such as new emails, calendar events, or even phone calls. A variety of actions are available including the ability to add notes to notebooks, link to existing notes, record audio notes, or create tasks from notes. For example, you can capture leads through phone calls by creating a Workflow that adds notes automatically to your Leads notebook whenever someone calls your office or sends an email message about a potential project that requires fplow-up. Or you can automatically generate a note whenever a calendar event occurs such as a meeting reminder or an upcoming deadline so that all relevant team members have access to this information at all times.

Billing - You have options for billing. You can choose either monthly or annual billing cycles. Evernote Business Pro Plan provides a 30-day free trial period and then provides monthly subscriptions at $12 per user per month (the annual plan costs $120 per year. Any unused subscription days will rpl over each month. However, there is no limit on how many days you can rpl over each month. So if you're paying annually, you won't lose any unused days each month; they'll rpl over to the next month. For example, if you pay for 4 months but only use 2 months worth of days during those 4 months, you will still be able to use the remaining 2 months of days at the beginning of your next cycle. There are no refunds for unused days. If you want to cancel your account, you must do so before your next billing date. Otherwise, it will renew automatically and you will be responsible for any charges incurred until the time of cancellation. When your account is cancelled, you will lose access to any unused days that are left in your account and may not be able to recover those days after cancellation.

B- Evernote Business Premium Plan

Evernote Business Premium Plan provides you with the fplowing:

Projects - Evernote Business Premium Plan includes an unlimited number of projects that store related tasks and notes. Projects make it easy to organize related tasks into an outline that helps you stay focused on your most important activities. You can assign any note to a project and display information about a project on a dashboard for easy reference throughout the day or week. With Project Templates, you can create project outlines quickly by using repeating sections such as “to do” or “in progress” and adding relevant notes once. Then you can just edit the titles and dates as needed rather than having to recreate the entire template every time you need it. You can also create templates based on popular project management frameworks such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards without knowing anything about those frameworks in advance.

C- Evernote Business Enterprise Plan

Evernote Business Enterprise Plan provides you with the fplowing:

Customers - No limit on customers — add as many customers as you need! Customer records include fields like name, address, phone number, email address, company name and industry, notes about interactions with the customer, opportunities that relate to that customer, sales metrics such as total revenue and pipeline value for that customer, and more — everything you need to keep track of your customers’ contact details and activities.
