Integration of EngageBay and Adobe Connect

With EngageBay, Adobe Connect should be installed on each client machine that will be used during the meeting. This should be done using the installer that comes with EngageBay. After the clients have been installed, you can use EngageBay to connect to Adobe Connect. First you must create a new conference in EngageBay. Then click the "Web" button in the topbar at the top of the screen to access the Connect URL. You may use the default setting or specify a different URL. Once you have entered the appropriate information, click the "Join" button to start the meeting.

The Adobe Connect server will display a message notifying you that it has started sending audio and video to your computer. When you are ready to begin using Adobe Connect, click "Start Meeting" in EngageBay. You will see a thumbnail image of your desktop in the lower right corner of the screen. Clicking this image will switch you from EngageBay back to Adobe Connect. If you need to take over the meeting, simply click the "Host" button in EngageBay and then click "Start Meeting" again in Adobe Connect. To end the meeting, click "Quit" in EngageBay.
