Together, the companies have created a shipping management system that has automated the process of taking orders online and providing customers with shipping information. The platform provides a marketplace for buying and selling shipping services from a variety of carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. It also facilitates communication between customers and retailers by allowing them to receive shipping notifications from the retailer via email or text message.
