Integration of Dropbox and Sendinblue

Dropbox is one of the most widely used cloud storages. And we can easily integrate Dropbox with Sendinblue to send emails.

To enable this integration, you have to go to your Sendinblue dashboard and then click on “Email Marketing”. Then under the section of “Integrations”, click on “Connect to Dropbox”. It will ask you for your Dropbox account credentials. Once you have entered them it will take you to the page for setting up the integration. On this page, you will add the information about your files and lists. To add a file, you will select from the drop down box “Choose File” and then choose from the Dropbox app “My Dropbox”. To add a list, you will enter the name of your list in the text box in a new line under “Create List” and then click on “Add List”. This will add your list to the list selection menu for choosing your list. Once you have added all your lists and files, you will click on “Save Integration” at the bottom of the screen. This will save all of your settings and once it is saved you will be able to use this integration. If something goes wrong with the integration or if you need to make changes to it you can go back to the same page but this time under “Manage Integrations” just like we did above except this time it will be listed as “Manage Your Integrations” instead of “Connect to Dropbox”. When you are using this integration in an email template, there will be a button at the bottom that says “Dropbox” with an arrow pointing to the right. This button will open up a menu where you can choose from any of your files or lists that you have added to Dropbox from within your Sendinblue dashboard. Once you have selected a file or list it will be added into your email template where it was added into the slot you selected in your email template. You can add multiple files or lists at once and they will appear as separate items in your email template.
