I would like to perform a case study on integrating Pendo with Drip for the purpose of tracking my email marketing campaigns. I will also use this as an opportunity to track user activity as part of my marketing efforts using Pendo.
I will integrate Drip and Pendo in three easy steps:

Step 2. Create a flow in Pendo. A flow is a cplection of steps that work together to accomplish a goal. You can choose to create a simple flow or complex flow depending on your business needs.
Step 3. Create an email campaign within the Drip marketing automation top and create a Drip Action that will pull data into your flow! Now that I have integrated Drip and Pendo, I am able to track several important metrics such as email open rates, click rates, view rates (from emails), bounce rates (from emails), conversions (from emails), and much more. In addition, the metrics that I gather from the integration will help me better understand my target audience, improve my marketing campaigns, and gauge the success of my marketing strategies. Lastly, I will use these metrics to identify which products are performing well in the market and which products need improvement based on the feedback from my target audience.
