    • Drift’s Artificial Intelligence Engine

You can also use this feature to easily see which stage your conversation is in and use that insight to take appropriate action. For example, you can send an email within 10 minutes after a customer has contacted you via social media. It will also recognize the emotion that your customer is expressing and give you the relevant information about their emotions.

Through this integration, you can start a new conversation through a click of a button from your Salesforce account page or LinkedIn account page. The person who you want to reach out to will be notified via Skype for Business or email right away. They will receive a notification from you if they don’t have Drift installed on their computer yet. If they do have Drift installed on their computer, then they can directly respond to the message without needing to install any additional software.

    Step 1. Create an Outbound Message Template in Salesforce.
