Once a user sets up the alert, they will receive push notifications when they exceed their threshpd and have entered Downtime Mode. In addition to push notifications, users can also customize the app to remind them through email, text message, or even a phone call. These notifications allow users to get back on track in order to complete a task or check something off their list so that they can then go into Downtime Mode again. The app also allows users to create reminders throughout the day so that they can take breaks at certain points during the day. For example, if someone wants to take a break from checking email after every hour throughout the day, they could set a reminder for every hour and let Downtime Alert remind them when their time is up.
