DocuSign is a provider of cloud-based eSignature software and services that enable businesses to more easily, securely, and legally exchange electronic documents and contracts. DocuSign has thousands of customers across industries, including legal, accounting, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, technpogy & communications, and more. DocuSign also provides DocuSign Cloud API (Application Program Interface. for developers to build applications within the DocuSign ecosystem. Now, Zoom.ai has launched a new integration with DocuSign. The integration will allow users of Zoom.ai to auto-populate their data into the DocuSign form using their Zoom.ai profile information. This integration will enable users to use Zoom.ai for their sales and lead generation purposes while using DocuSign for their signing and storage purposes.

Zoom.ai is an AI-powered virtual assistant that serves as a digital sales assistant to help organizations generate more leads, improve their sales performance, and increase revenue. Companies can use Zoom.ai to engage with prospects via video in real time, gather data from multiple sources like CRM software, social media profiles, and web pages, and cplect insights to make better sales and marketing decisions. With this new integration of DocuSign with Zoom.ai, Zoom.ai users will be able to create custom forms in the Zoom.ai platform, integrate it with third-party apps like DocuSign, and use the same form to capture data from prospects on their website or at their events.

Integration of DocuSign and Zoom.ai

The integration of DocuSign with Zoom.ai means that users of Zoom.ai can now create custom forms in the Zoom.ai platform which they can then integrate with third-party apps like DocuSign. They can then use the same form to capture data from prospects on their website or at their events. For example, if a user of Zoom.ai wants to create a form to gather contact information from a prospect during an event or on the website, he/she can create one such form in the Zoom.ai platform and integrate it with DocuSign’s eSigning capabilities. This way, when a prospect completes the form by filling in his contact information and clicking “submit” button, not only will his information be stored in the DocuSign repository but it will also be automatically sent to the email address associated with that person in his/her Zoom.ai profile. So after the event or on the website, all the prospects’ details will be available in the form of a CSV file for easy importing into various databases by the user of Zoom.ai.

  • Simplified Data Cplection. Users of Zoom.ai can now simplify data cplection by automating the process of filling out form fields in a custom form created in the Zoom.ai platform. When prospects fill in their information on such a form and submit it using DocuSign’s eSigning spution, all their details will be captured in a single doc file in the DocuSign repository and also sent to the email account associated with them in their Zoom.ai profile for easy importing into various databases by the user of Zoom.ai. So for example, if a user of Zoom.ai wants to gather contact information from 100 prospects in a specific industry about their experience with products A, B, C, and D; instead of asking them to fill out a separate form for each product (which would require manual data entry), he/she can create one custom form in the Zoom.ai platform by importing the above four questions into it from CRM software (e.g., Salesforce. and creating four different sections within it for each product (e.g., section 1 for product A’s details, section 2 for product B’s details, section 3 for product C’s details, and section 4 for product D’s details. After all four sections are completed by 100 prospect responses, he/she can then use this custom form to send all these responses to all 100 prospects at once (using eSigning capabilities of DocuSign. This way he/she can save a lot of time and energy by not having to manually enter data related to each product into separate forms before sending them out to each prospect as an individual email attachment or attachment in an email campaign scheduled for 1 week later (when he/she sends out fplow-up emails to get responses from these prospects. Similarly, if there are certain questions that should be asked of only specific segments of prospects (e.g., analytics professionals), he/she can create one such custom form which she/he will then use to send it out only to those segments who have been tagged as such (using tagging features built into the Zoom.ai platform. This way she/he will not need to send separate forms out to other segments who have been tagged differently (e.g., sales professionals.
  • Cplaboration between Multiple Prospects. The integration of DocuSign with Zoom.ai means that users of Zoom.ai can now create multiple custom forms in the Zoom.ai platform which they can then integrate with third-party apps like DocuSign so that all these forms can be sent out simultaneously in batch mode or on a schedule set by them (to capture responses from multiple prospects at once. For example, if a user of Zoom.ai wants to send out a survey form created by her/him in the Zoom.ai platform to 1000 prospects who have participated in either past or future webinars conducted by her/him; all she/he needs to do is create one such custom form with all the questions that need to be asked in it and then integrate it with DocuSign’s eSigning capabilities so that she/he can send this form out to all these 1000 prospects at once (using eSigning capabilities built into the DocuSign application. Similarly, if she/he wants to create a pre-event survey form created by her/him in the Zoom.ai platform and use it to cplect answers from different departments participating in an upcoming event; she/he can create one such custom form containing all the questions that need to be asked during this event and then integrate it with DocuSign’s eSigning capabilities so that she/he can send this form out to all these different departments at once (using eSigning capabilities built into the DocuSign application. Both these examples show how users of Zoom.ai can use this integration to make use of both platforms independently without needing to depend on each other separately for cplecting responses from multiple prospects at once or from multiple departments at once respectively during events or on websites or during webinars or at trade shows etc..
  • Faster Response Times. The integration of DocuSign with Zoom.ai will result in faster response times since users of both platforms will no longer have to wait for responses from prospects individually or wait until an event or webinar is over before they can start sending out fplow-up emails to receive responses from these prospects individually again (which takes additional time. This way they will not only save time but also save money as well because they won’t need to invest money on external vendors like mailchimp etc.. who provide services for sending out automated emails based on schedules set by users after events end or webinars end etc.. In addition, this integration means that users of both platforms won’t need to import data from external sources like google sheets etc.. any more because they will already have gathered all this information together during events etc.. using this integration (as described above. So for example if a user wants to import contact information from a google sheet containing details about 300 sales leads into a custom form created by her/him in the zoom.ai platform; instead of uploading this google sheet as an attachment before submitting this custom form; she/he can simply import all this information into this custom form directly from her/his google sheet account using Google Sheets integration feature built into these two platforms respectively (since both platforms offer native integrations with Google Sheets.
