DocuSign is a Silicon Valley based startup and the market leader in electronic signature technpogy. It is a cloud-based e-signature provider that enables anybody to sign, send, and securely manage any document from anywhere, regardless of their device or location. uProc?

uProc is an application by DocuSign designed for use on iPad and iPhone devices. It allows users to sign documents with a finger swipe or enter comments and notes into documents right from their mobile devices. uProc also provides users with the ability to view and manage documents stored in DocuSign’s cloud service.

Integration of DocuSign and uProc

The integration between DocuSign and uProc is quite simple when it comes to transferring documents to the cloud. To do this, both parties must have the same app on their devices. For example, if a sales representative goes to a client’s office to meet them. The sales representative would have uProc on his iPad and the client would have uProc on her iPhone. When the sales representative wants to send a document to the client’s account on DocuSign’s cloud service he will open uProc, select “documents”, select “open my document”, select the document he wants to send and hit send on his iPad while the client does the same thing on her iPhone. This would transfer the document from the sales representative’s iPad to the client’s DocuSign account on the cloud service where it can be accessed by both parties through their own respective applications (DocuSign and uProc.
