DocuSign for Office 365 is a powerful new cplaboration spution that allows everyone in your organization — from sales, marketing and human resources to customer service — to work smarter by accelerating the way you do business.
First off we will discuss the integration of DocuSign into Office 365. To start, users must first go to the Office 365 admin center then select “Settings” drop down menu fplowed by “Add an app” button. It will then bring you to a list of all available apps you can add into Office 365. After selecting DocuSign it will ask you some questions about your desired setup (e.g. location of signing, doc storage location. It will also ask you if you want to install the Outlook Plugin or not, if you select yes it will automatically install the plugin for you. Once you click finish it will open a new window which will allow you to change any settings for the DocuSign account type then click next. It will then take you to a page with instructions on how to get started with signing documents in DocuSign and also provides you with an access code which you can send out to other users.
After that it takes you to a new screen which will give you 3 options; New DocuSign email signer, Existing DocuSign email signer, and Add existing user to DocuSign account type. If you choose “New DocuSign email signer” it will create a new user in DocuSign which will allow users to sign documents directly from their email. If you choose “Existing DocuSign user” it will let you choose which document library you want the users added to as well as changing any previously selected options such as adding users to the email signers list. The third option “Add existing user to DocuSign account type” is only available if you have already created a user in the previous step but allows you to add another user without having to go through all of the steps again. Once you are happy with your selections click “Next” and wait for it to configure the user. Once completed click “finish” and wait for it to open up the DocuSign application in your Office 365 app launcher. This will allow users to sign documents directly from their Outlook inbox.
