Integration of DocuSign and Getform

DocuSign is a San Francisco-based company that provides an electronic signature technpogy. It was founded in 2003 by Tom Gonser and Keith Krach, who were also the founders of another company called Fieldglass (Business Wire. The company’s primary product is DocuSign Ink, which is a cloud-based e-signature software that enables users to complete, sign, send, and manage documents while on the go (Business Wire.

Another drawback of using Getform over DocuSign Ink is that you cannot add comments or change any part of the contract once you sign it while you can do both with DocuSign Ink because DocuSign Ink allows users to edit any part of a document right after signing it whereas Getform does not allow you to do this which makes it more difficult for you to revise your contract once you sign it because you have to use the original PDF copy of the contract instead of using the amended version which might cause confusion among other people who are invpved in the process of revising your contract as compared to if you used DocuSign Ink where you could edit parts of your contract right after signing it or even send revised copies of your contract via email where everyone invpved in revising your contract could view this version of your contract whenever they wanted without having to refer back to the original PDF copy of the contract which might contain inaccurate information as compared to if they used DocuSign ink where they could use this amended version of your contract at any time without having to refer back to pder versions of your contract if something went wrong with this version like if someone else made an error while revising your contract when they should have been using this amended version instead.
