Integration of Deskpro and OneNote

Today, most of us are familiar with the concept of a personal information manager. This is a program we use to keep track of our appointments and tasks while we work. Many of us use applications like Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes for this purpose. However, Deskpro QuickNotes, part of the DeskPro suite, is different from these programs in that it is designed for use both at home and at work.

Deskpro QuickNotes is an application designed to help people organize their lives. It allows users to manage their tasks, appointments, contacts, and calendar events. It also includes a notepad feature where you can keep notes about projects or other items that need attention. OneNote is integrated with the Deskpro QuickNotes application.

Integration of the Deskpro QuickNotes and OneNote application is accomplished via the Topbar area. The DeskPro button takes you to the main topbar. You can then click on the OneNote button to launch the OneNote program from within the DeskPro QuickNotes application. Integration between the two programs is seamless and requires no additional effort on the part of the user.

The integration of Deskpro and OneNote is beneficial because it allows users to take advantage of the full functionality of both programs. For example, if you want to keep a list of all your business contacts as well as your personal contacts, you can do so by maintaining separate lists within the Deskpro QuickNotes program. You can then access those lists from within the OneNote program so you can print them out or send them via email to whomever you wish.
