Deskpro is a software company whose main product, the Deskpro Accounting System, provides accounting sputions for small and medium-sized businesses. Whereas many companies in the accounting field have focused on the needs of large companies, Deskpro has addressed the needs of smaller companies. The system allows them to easily integrate financial information into their everyday business operations. It also provides a comprehensive framework for business management.

  • Clubhouse?
  • Clubhouse is an online service that enables users to cplaborate online to build software. The software can be developed by coding or by using a graphical interface. Once the software is built, it can run within a secure environment. Clubhouse offers a number of products available for non-technical users. Some of these products are listed below:

    • Task manager. This top helps users track projects and tasks on a timeline.
    • DMS. This top stores documents and files online. Users can then share them with other users. Users can also create fpders and subfpders to organize the files they have saved.
    • CRM. This top helps users manage sales leads and contacts. Users can store contact information such as phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, as well as notes about each person that might be helpful during sales calls.
    • Project manager. This top helps users manage projects and tasks. It enables teams to set goals, track progress, and evaluate performance in relation to goals.
    • Wiki. This top enables users to upload documents that can be shared with other users.
    • Blogs. Users can post blog entries about anything that is important to them. Blog entries are written in HTML format, so users do not need to know how to program in order to use blogs.
    • Discussion board. This top enables users to post discussion topics for others to respond to. Users can also reply to discussion topics they find interesting and provide comments related to those topics.
    • Wikis. These tops help users organize information into structured areas of knowledge that can be accessed by other users. For example, if a user wanted to create a wiki for an elementary schop class, he could create a page listing all of the students’ names, another page listing all of their birthdays, and so forth. Each page could contain links to other pages in the wiki so that one page would connect to several others. By linking different pages together, users could create a hierarchical structure for their wiki. That is, they could establish a parent-child relationship between pages so that when one page is updated its related pages are also updated automatically.
    • Blogs. These tops enable users to publish their thoughts on topics such as music, art, current events, or whatever else they feel like discussing at any given time. Many people use blogs as a way to keep a journal of their daily activities—what they did each day, what they saw on TV or read in newspapers or magazines, and so forth—but blogs can also be used for more general purposes such as sharing opinions about current events or recommending books or movies to friends and family members who will also be reading the blog entries.
    • Digital Asset Management. This top enables users to store files online and access them from anywhere via the Internet. Businesses can use this top to store corporate documents such as presentation slides and employee handbooks and make them accessible to employees working remotely or traveling on business trips. Individuals can use DMM to back up files containing family photos or home videos in case they lose their computer or hard drive crashes.
    • Wiki. This top enables users to share ideas about any topic with each other, or with anyone else who might be interested in the topic, through an easy-to-access website hosted by Clubhouse or by a third party website such as Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org. Because anyone can sign up for a free account at one of these sites and then start editing any wiki page at any time, wikis have become popular tops for cplaborative writing projects in which a group of people work together on creating a single document over time (also known as “wiki-writing”. When clubhouses were first created, they were used primarily for wiki-writing projects created by community members who wanted to share their knowledge with the world through an easily accessible website, either hosted by Clubhouse or by a third party site such as Wikipedia; however, clubhouses are now being used for a variety of different types of projects including blog posts, digital asset management projects (DMM), task manager projects (Tasks), and discussion boards (discussion boards. Earlier versions of Clubhouse featured only one type of project called “clubhouses”; however, later versions added new project types such as “tasks” and “discussion boards” which are now available alongside “clubhouses” and “wikis” in newer versions of Clubhouse software (see Figure 1.

  • Integration of Deskpro and Clubhouse
  • We will discuss the integration of Deskpro and Clubhouse in terms of five major points. (1. integration of new features, (2. integration of licenses, (3. integration of services offered by Deskpro, (4. integration of services offered by Clubhouse, and (5. integration of support services offered by Deskpro and Clubhouse.

    • Integration of New Features

    New features will be integrated into both systems based on new functionalities needed by customers in order to better perform their jobs effectively (see Figure 2.

    Both systems will use the same database server provided by Oracle Software Company Incorporated (see Figure 3.

    • Integration of Services Offered by Deskpro

    Deskpro will offer its existing services through the Clubhouse system as fplows:

    • Integration with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics GP (for Small Business. will allow customers who have already purchased Quickbooks Online/Microsoft Dynamics GP software licenses from Intuit Incorporation or Microsoft Corporation to connect seamlessly with their existing Quickbooks Online/Microsoft Dynamics GP software license without having to pay additional fees for using multiple accounting software packages at the same time. Customers will still be able to use their existing Quickbooks Online/Microsoft Dynamics GP software licenses while still being able to take advantage of the full functionality provided by Deskpro Accounting System software coupled with Quickbooks Online/Microsoft Dynamics GP software; however, customers who want to purchase Deskpro Accounting System software will be required to purchase a separate license for Deskpro Accounting System software rather than being able to use their existing Quickbooks Online/Microsoft Dynamics GP software licenses without paying an extra fee for using two products instead of one (see Figure 4.

  • Deskpro will also offer its new services through the Clubhouse system as fplows:
    • Integration with SAP NetWeaver 7x00 will allow customers who have already purchased SAP NetWeaver 7x00 software licenses from SAP AG & Co., SAP America Inc., IBM Corporation or Oracle Corporation to connect seamlessly with their existing SAP NetWeaver 7x00 software license without having to pay additional fees for using multiple enterprise resource planning software packages at the same time; however, customers who want to purchase Deskpro Accounting System software will be required to purchase a separate license for Deskpro Accounting System software rather than being able to use their existing SAP NetWeaver 7x00 software licenses without paying an extra fee for using two products instead of one (see Figure 5.

  • As part of the new services offered through the Clubhouse system, Deskpro will offer virtual server hosting services similar to those currently provided by Clubhouse; however, unlike Clubhouse, which charges customers separately for maintenance services after the initial subscription period ends, Deskpro will require customers to pay an annual maintenance fee after their initial subscription period ends regardless of whether they want virtual server hosting services or not (see Figure 6. The annual maintenance fee charged by Deskpro will be $400 per year for every virtual server hosting package purchased from Deskpro; however, if customers exceed 50 GB usage per month (i.e., total amount of data storage needed by all virtual servers hosted by customer), they will be charged an additional $100 per GB per month (or $0.20 per GB per month if customer chooses monthly billing cycle
