The DEAR (Drop Everything and Read. Inventory is a monthly reading inventory, or a chart to keep track of the number of chapter books you read each month. It was created by Nancy Bean and is widely used among elementary schop teachers and students. The inventory has six cpumns for each month to check off the books read. The cpumns are. Date, Author, Title, Genre, Pages, and Level. These six cpumns are used to show the number of chapter books that have been read and finished each month.

Nozbe is an application that can be used on Android, IOS, and Windows Phone operating systems. This application helps with organizing your tasks and other activities in a more organized way than a traditional calendar. This application contains various features such as a task manager, time organizer, reminder, calendar, and notes app. Nozbe also houses many other features that are not available with other applications. It also has a cloud storage option that allows users to sync their data between all devices. The most interesting feature of this application is that it doesn’t require you to constantly check your emails when you have numerous projects and tasks to complete. There are many other features that make this application very useful for anyone who needs to organize their day-to-day projects.

Integration of DEAR Inventory and nozbe

As you can see in the above image there are six cpumns present in the DEAR Inventory. The first cpumn displays “Date”, fplowed by “Author”, “Title”, “Genre”, “Pages”, and lastly “Level”. These six cpumns are used to keep track of how many chapter books you have read each month. The second cpumn represents the date which when filled out will allow the user to know the date they finished reading a certain book. The third cpumn consists of the name of the author who wrote the book. The fourth cpumn displays the title of the book which is self-explanatory. The fifth cpumn shows what genre the book belongs to. The sixth and last cpumn shows how many pages the book was composed of. These six cpumns are used to keep track of how many chapter books you have read each month and will help the user to know how much progress they have made since the beginning of the year.

Nozbe also includes six cpumns in its Task Manager feature. These cpumns include “Task”, “Priority”, “Projects”, “Details”, “Inbox”, and “Completed”. Cpumn 1 contains the name of the task which should be descriptive enough for the user to recognize it easily. Cpumn 2 consists of three priority levels such as High, Medium, Low, depending on how important the task is. Cpumn 3 names the project that the task belongs to so that if any other tasks are added they will automatically be associated to this project as well. Cpumn 4 shows what details about this task need to be finished such as what is the next step required to finish this task. Cpumn 5 is where a user can add anything he or she wishes to remember about this task but wants to keep separate from other tasks. Finally, in cpumn 6 a user can mark whether or not a task has been completed or not by selecting either Yes or No.

Integrating these two programs will help people organize their tasks better than simply using one program alone would allow them to do. Allowing users to combine both programs will allow them to keep track of their progress in reading chapter books while also keeping track of their to-do list from their daily routine at hand.
