Microsoft’s corporate products have been always been a good choice for small to medium size companies. It was a blend of various software tops that had all the functions needed by a company. In the past few years, Microsoft has been continuously introducing new products and services in the market, all of which are unique and useful, but not necessarily targeted towards a specific industry. The product was named “Customerly” and it is intended to be an integration between Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow. The purpose of Customerly is to make customer management easier by allowing more efficient communication between businesses and their customers. In addition, Customerly will allow more cplaboration between employees inside a business, thus helping them complete tasks faster and more efficiently. This integration will also help Microsoft to shift its focus from being a service provider to being a platform provider.
