    • Customerly integrates with Amazon CloudWatch . The integration allows you to use Amazon CloudWatch to monitor your application performance metrics like CPU utilization, memory utilization, disk utilization, error rates, etc. These metrics are displayed on your Customerly dashboard so you can make changes to improve the performance of your application if needed. This integration is available for registered users only. To integrate your Customerly account with Amazon CloudWatch, fplow these steps:
    • Go to your Customerly Dashboard. Then click “Account Settings” at the bottom right corner of the screen. On the screen that appears, click “Integrations”. The next screen will display the two relevant integrations. Amazon Web Services (AWS. and Amazon EC2 Instances. Choose “Amazon Web Services (AWS)”. 2. Enter your AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key where prompted. Then click “Connect” at the bottom right corner of the screen so your integration can be verified by Customerly . 3. The next screen will ask you what type of metrics you want to monitor for your application(s. Select “Application Metrics” then click “Next Step” 4. Enter the name of the application whose metrics you want to monitor then click “Create Alert” 5. After clicking Create Alert, you will see a screen which lists all the AWS metrics monitored by your application(s. Click “View Metrics Now” or “Save to Dashboard” to save the metrics for this application to your dashboard . 6. After clicking “View Metrics Now” , you will see a screen that lists all metrics associated with your application(s. Click on any metric name to view details about that metric . 7. After clicking “Save to Dashboard” , you will see a screen that lists all metrics associated with your application(s. Click “Add to Dashboard” next to the dashboard you want to add this data to . If you have multiple dashboards , you can create additional dashboards for different purposes by clicking “Add to Dashboard” for each dashboard . You can also choose which metrics are displayed on each dashboard by selecting the check boxes next to each metric . When you finish adding metrics to each dashboard , click “Save Dashboards” . 8. After clicking Save Dashboards , you will see a confirmation message that states that your new dashboards have been added successfully . At this point your integration is complete ! 9. To verify that your integration has been successful, go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then your integration was successful ! If it isn’t listed, then something went wrong during the configuration process . Call 888-567-9838 if you need assistance . 10. To test whether your integration is working properly or not , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then your integration was successful ! If it isn’t listed, then something went wrong during the configuration process . Call 888-567-9838 if you need assistance . 11. To delete your Amazon CloudWatch integration , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then click on it and choose “Delete Integration” from the drop down menu . 12. If you want to be able to access Amazon CloudWatch from other applications outside of Customerly , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then click on it and choose “Copy Integration Keys” from the drop down menu . Then paste those keys into whatever other applications that require access to Amazon CloudWatch . 13. If you want to stop displaying Amazon CloudWatch metrics on one of your dashboards , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Dashboard” , then select a dashboard from the drop down menu . Next select the check box next to each metric that you no longer want displayed on this dashboard . When finished , click Save Dashboards . 14. If you want to display Amazon CloudWatch metrics on a different dashboard than what you originally chose when setting up Amazon CloudWatch integration , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then click on it and choose Save Integration Keys from the drop down menu . Paste those keys into whatever other applications that require access to Amazon CloudWatch . 15. To modify an Amazon CloudWatch metric name after it is already saved in Customerly , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then click on it and choose Show All Metrics from the drop down menu . Then select the check box next to each metric that needs modification . When finished modifying all relevant metrics, click Save Changes . 16. To modify an Amazon CloudWatch metric name before it is initially saved in Customerly , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click “Integrations” . If Amazon CloudWatch is listed under the Amazon Web Services (AWS. integration section , then click on it and choose New Integration from the drop down menu . Then select Application Metrics from the drop down menu next to Name Type . Next enter a name for this metric in the Name field . Finally click Save Integration at the bottom right corner of the screen so this new metric can be integrated into Amazon Cloud Watch 17. To set up an alert on an Amazon CloudWatch metric name after it has already been integrated into Customerly , go back to your Customerly Dashboard , click “Account Settings” , then click
