Todoist has a great support for multiple platforms(including mobile devices), it is free to use and has many premium features.

Integration of Clubhouse and Todoist

I have tried to use Clubhouse for managing my tasks for about two weeks. I have been extremely disappointed with this app because of its poorly designed interface, confusing and redundant features. And I was surprised when I found out that the reason I was so disappointed is because of its poor integration with Todoist. The lack of an easy way to get tasks from Clubhouse into Todoist makes it almost useless. I couldn’t find any possible way to make them work together properly without leaving an unpleasant experience with Clubhouse, so I decided to abandon it in favor of Todoist. But after abandoning Clubhouse I was left with a number of tasks that were not transferred into Todoist so I had to do everything again from scratch. That was very frustrating and it made me understand how important it is to take care of the integration between different applications in order to avoid such problems in the future. So I decided to focus on this problem in my article.

It will also make your work more efficient because you will not waste time on switching between apps often like before(in case when you used two separate apps. Therefore, less switching between apps means less errors caused by switching between apps that we were talking about above.

  • Less time spent on managing tasks and projects

If we consider different ways of organizing our tasks(by project management, time management etc.), then we will see that it takes less time to manage everything through one application(Todoist. instead of managing everything through many applications(Clubhouse and Todoist. By managing everything through one application we mean storing everything in one place, managing everything from one place etc. In other words, we mean that we store all our tasks and projects in one application rather than in two or more instances of the same application(Clubhouse and/or Todoist.
