Integration of Clubhouse and Google Calendar

Clubhouse is a web-based project management application that allows users to efficiently cplaborate on projects and tasks. Clubhouse is a free service offering a wide range of tops for managing, tracking and scheduling projects such as. task management, time tracking, project management, timesheets, file sharing, document management and more. Clubhouse's development team has created a new top that integrates with Google Calendar. By integrating with Google Calendar, users can easily create new Google Calendar events from Clubhouse and the integration displays all of the scheduled tasks directly in Google Calendar. Project members can see directly when a task is scheduled in their calendar without having to login to Clubhouse.

In this section I will explain how the integration works and what benefits it offers to users of both applications. The integration described in this article will be referred to as the "Google Calendar Integration." Through this integration Clubhouse users can schedule tasks directly into their Google Calendar and see the tasks in their calendar view. This integration also allows users to add a task through Google calendar and it will be created in the Clubhouse Inbox. When a user accepts or completes a task via Google Calendar, the task will be marked as completed within Clubhouse.

Clubhouse users can create a task in two ways; they can add a task from either the clubhouse dashboard or directly from their Google Calendar. The process for adding a task directly from Google Calendar is explained below:

  • Open your Google Calendar.
  • Click on the "Add Event" button.
  • Choose your event type (in this case, it would be "Task".
  • Enter your event details (title, start date/time, end date/time, description.
  • Confirm your event.

The steps above were to create an event. When a user creates an event using the "Task" category in Google Calendar it will automatically appear in the Inbox of the user who has been assigned to it. If the user who has been assigned to the task creates an event using the "Task" category and then assigns it to another user, it will appear in the Inbox of the user whom was previously assigned to it. To view all events in your Inbox click on the "View Inbox" link.

After creating a task from within your Google Calendar you must assign it to yourself or assign it to another user either from within Google Calendar or from within Clubhouse. Go to your clubhouse profile by clicking on your name at the top right corner of the screen. On your profile page you will see a list of all of your active tasks and any assignments that have been made to you by other users. After accepting an assignment make sure to mark it as completed because if you do not mark it as completed within 30 days of completing it, the task will be deleted. You can mark it as completed by clicking on "Completed."

If you have created a task in Clubhouse and want to add it to your Google Calendar, click on the "Google Calendar" link found in the upper right corner of your screen. You will see a list of all of your active tasks. You should see that there are two options available for each of your tasks; one option allows you to assign yourself or someone else to the task, while the other option allows you to accept or complete your task via Google Calendar. If you choose to accept or complete your task via Google Calendar, you can set an appointment or reminder for yourself on Google Calendar and then confirm that you want to create that appointment or reminder for yourself through the Clubhouse website.

Both users who are using Clubhouse and Google Calendar can see which tasks have been scheduled through their Google Calendars. When a user adds a task directly from their Google Calendar or completes a task via their Google Calendar, they can click on "View Inbox" and view all of their pending tasks within Clubhouse. If they click on the task that they added from within their Google Calendar, they can see all of its details including its status and due date. If they click on the task that was assigned to them from within Clubhouse they can see all of its details including its status and due date. They can also edit any of those tasks that were added via their Google Calendars from within Clubhouse.

Clubhouse has created an innovative way for users to manage their projects and tasks using a combination of applications instead of relying spely on one application for every aspect of their project management needs. Some users may feel that this method is inefficient because they have to login into two separate applications instead of one. However, users should keep in mind that this integration offers them many benefits such as. saving time by being able to add tasks directly from their Google Calendars, saving battery life by not needing to login into two different applications at once, and saving money by being able to use two free applications instead of purchasing one expensive application that offers similar features as both Clubhouse and Google Calendar. Overall, I think that this integration offers some great benefits and provides a convenient way for users to manage their projects and tasks without having to rely on multiple applications for every aspect of project management needs.
