CloudTalk is a cloud-based contact center spution designed for small businesses to medium sized enterprises, by CloudTalk Inc., a privately held corporation located in the Silicon Valley that was founded in 2010. CloudTalk includes a host of advanced features that enable users to manage their customer relationships, convert leads into sales and increase profits. In November 2016, CloudTalk announced integrated Google Hangout functionality with Wealthbox. The integration enables users of both products to conduct group meetings using Google Hangouts.
