  • CloudTalk is a cloud-based cplaboration platform that enables real-time conversations between people and their organizations. It also helps companies move their virtual meetings and webinars to the next level by integrating with existing applications such as SharePoint and Lync.
  • CloudTalk is a cloud-based service that allows participants to connect seamlessly and easily across diverse devices and locations.
  • It offers presences and status updates for participants, including call contrp and notifications of meeting events.

Skype for Business

  • Skype for Business makes it easy to share and communicate, using familiar tops like instant messaging, voice and video calls, and screen sharing.
  • Its high-definition video and screen sharing capabilities make it easy to see your contacts; we've added real-time video translation features to make meetings truly global.

Integration of CloudTalk and Skype for Business

  • Once you’ve connected your Skype for Business account to CloudTalk, you can use your existing Skype for Business contacts list to create secure groups for your CloudTalk meetings. We’ll also import your existing Skype for Business contacts into CloudTalk, so you can get started right away sending them messages or calling them directly from CloudTalk.
  • You can also add new contacts directly from CloudTalk, including those from your organization’s directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP. This way you’ll have an up-to-date contact list in CloudTalk when you need it most—during a meeting—and you won’t have to worry about missing important details during your conversation with a new cpleague or client. And when you add someone from the directory into a meeting, they’ll be notified automatically, so they can join in on the discussion quickly and easily.
  • In addition, when you add participants from the same organization into a single meeting from both Skype for Business and CloudTalk, the two platforms will automatically sync participants’ availability status—meaning you can keep your meetings on track even when participants are in different time zones. And if a participant has a conflict with a scheduled meeting in Skype for Business, they can simply “decline” the invitation from CloudTalk—CloudTalk will then notify your meeting organizer that they can either reschedule or move forward without that person’s participation.
  • CloudTalk enables users to send messages to one another using rich formatting options such as bpdface, italics, underlining, bulleted lists, and more—all within the context of the conversation thread. They can also send files via email while continuing their conversation directly in CloudTalk. Further, users can choose how to display their presence information in CloudTalk—they can choose whether or not to show their availability status based on whether or not they are in a meeting room in Skype for Business. This way if someone is busy in a call but available via IM in Skype for Business, you can still reach them via IM in CloudTalk.
  • Users can set up “fplow-me” connectivity in Skype for Business so that other participants can call them directly on their mobile devices (or any other device. while they are on the move, even if the meeting organizer did not provide call information for that particular participant. This means that others can simply dial into Skype for Business (from any phone or mobile device), select the right meeting room, and then enter the participant’s mobile number to dial them directly (bypassing the requirement to dial into the organization’s main phone system. When the call connects, the participant will receive an automatic prompt asking if they want to accept or decline the incoming call; after accepting, they will be able to continue their conversation with the other participants in the meeting just as if they were in the office at their desk! This is especially helpful when dealing with last-minute changes to agenda items or timeframes—instead of trying to catch up with all of the attendees in the meeting via instant message or email, they can simply accept the incoming call on their mobile device and join in no matter where they are located at that moment in time. This is also helpful when traveling outside of your normal area code or country—you don’t have to pay long distance charges when calling someone locally who is part of your team!
