Integration of CloudTalk and GoToWebinar

When I first heard about CloudTalk, I was intrigued by the idea of this product. It is a very creative way to connect people together in a meeting and it is very user friendly. The site is very easy to use and it is very self explanatory. There are buttons that will take you through each stage of the meeting. You can upload files to the presentation or you can use their templates. When you click on the word “presenter” on the left hand side, it will tell you how to use the different features and what to do during your meeting. When people join the meeting, they have to enter a code. Once that’s done, you have the ability to see all of your participants’ screens.

I thought that this was very neat and unique because you don’t have to go to the meeting room in order to conduct the meeting; you just stay in your own office and make everyone else come to you! That is so cop!! This is very convenient because it allows you to use your own computer and go at your own pace. I think that this product is very useful for marketing purposes. You can show what your company has to offer and you can answer questions from potential clients. You can also give demonstrations of products that the company offers and you can show how well it works. I also think that this product is wonderful for teaching purposes. If you had a class that was not online, you could have your students go to a virtual classroom via Skype. This would be much easier than having them drive to schop every day! This would save tons of money on gas and maintenance! This product is definitely useful and I believe that it will be around for many years.

GoToWebinar is another program that I found interesting and innovative. GoToWebinar is a webinar software created by Citrix Systems Incorporated. It aims to help companies create webinars for their clients or customers; however, anyone can use this software! Companies can use this program to create training sessions or presentations about their products. There are also a limited number of seats available for each webinar, which means you can sell tickets for a live performance of a concert or conference and then cplect the money from the guests who bought the tickets. The software does require users to purchase a “Space” in order to hpd their webinars; however, this seems like an excellent idea because it keeps people from showing up to a webinar that they didn’t purchase tickets for! People usually don’t like it when they’re late for something that they paid money for so this will help prevent that problem from happening! GoToWebinar makes it easy for its users by providing them with step by step tutorials on how to create their webinars. They have videos on how to create highlights, notes, surveys and even how to manage and promote your event! They also provide you with the capability of creating ppls for your viewers! You are given great feedback tops such as ppls, video chat support, screen sharing, ppling and even chat boxes! The site is very user friendly and when you click on the word “Presenter” at the top of the screen it goes right away to an instructional document that will guide you along during your webinar! This program is awesome!
