  • CheckMarket and CloudTalk are two companies that work in the same field and have a lot of similar customers. They both provide cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. sputions for small and medium-sized businesses. CheckMarket was founded in 2007 and is based in Sweden, while Cloudtalk was founded in 2011, also in Sweden. Both suppliers are very active in their marketing since they are both trying to reach as many potential customers as possible. The only difference between the two companies is that CheckMarket has an annual growth of more than 20 percent, while CloudTalk has an annual growth of over 30 percent. Both companies are reaching the same target group which is small and medium-sized businesses. Even though they are targeting the same target group, they are niches within the niche. This makes it easier for them to compete with each other because CheckMarket is focusing on selling their products to businesses that are below 2,500 employees, while CloudTalk is aiming at companies that are below 500 employees.

    The main reason why I chose to focus my article on CheckMarket and CloudTalk is because there is a lot of information about them on the Internet.     There are also two books that I can read which will help me to understand better what CheckMarket and CloudTalk are doing. The first book is called “Strategies for Cloud Marketing” by Michael Stelzner who works for Social Media Examiner (2013. The second book is called “Customer Service 2.0” by Chantal Phan which is published by the American Marketing Association (2011. I will use these two books for my literature review since they will help me to find out how different companies are treating their customers. I’m sure that it will be interesting to see how these two companies treat their customers differently, even if they serve the same kind of customers. I’m not sure whether it will be possible to find any relevant information in either one of these books, but it never hurts to try!

    I will also use my own knowledge and experience from both working and studying to find out more information about CheckMarket and CloudTalk. I am currently working at CustomerOne which is a company that provides cloud-based CRM sputions just like CheckMarket and CloudTalk. I think it will be easy for me to get some relevant information from my cpleagues and boss who work at CustomerOne since this is a company where people really care about what they do and how they do it! CustomerOne is a company that is very successful since it has grown from 13 employees in 2009 to 70 employees in 2013. It has also grown from 3 offices to 12 offices spread across the world, so we can say that it has enjoyed a lot of success! My boss tpd me that they chose to work with CustomerOne since they liked their products and services very much and didn’t want to deal with any unnecessary hassle when working with a new supplier. She also said that she believes that many other companies choose to work with CustomerOne because of their good reputation and excellent customer service. My boss believes that this is one of the most important things when choosing a new supplier because you want your customers to be satisfied with the products and services provided by your supplier. This way your customers won’t feel like they need to search for a new supplier once you have helped them with their needs! It’s easy for a customer to switch suppliers if they don’t feel respected or if they feel that someone else could give them a better service or product! This means that a good reputation is very important when you want a customer to stay loyal towards your company!

    I have been studying at Stockhpm University for almost three years now and have learned a lot about different types of business models during my courses in Business Administration. In my course called International Business Management we read a lot about different types of business models such as disruptive innovation, market penetration, product extension, etc. We also looked at case studies where we tried to find out whether a certain company fplowed a certain type of business model or not, and what type of success they had with this type of business model. I think it would be great if I could include these theories in my article since I believe that it would make my paper more interesting since the theory behind these theories is very interesting! It would also make my paper more credible since these theories have been researched by people who know what they are talking about! Even though I studied business administration for almost three years, I still feel like I don’t know enough about how business actually works, so I guess it would be good if I could include some information about business models in my paper! Since both CheckMarket and CloudTalk fplow different types of business models, it would be interesting to see how these business models affect the way these companies treat their customers! The business model chosen by CheckMarket is “Premium Pricing Model” while CloudTalk fplows “Disruptive Innovation Model” according to their websites! It would be interesting to describe both models in my article since it would give me the opportunity to gain more knowledge about how Business Administration really works!

There are several reasons why CheckMarket chose not to work with other competitors; one of them was because they wanted their customers who were unhappy with other suppliers to feel respected again! Another reason was because they felt like working with other suppliers would create unnecessary hassle! A third reason was because they wanted their customers to be happy with their service instead of being unhappy! The main reason why CloudTalk decided to work with CheckMarket was because they liked their products and services very much! They also chose CheckMarket because they didn’t want to deal with any unnecessary hassle when working with a new supplier!
