Siteleaf is a completely open source version of our hackable platform built on top of the open source software Subsonic. Siteleaf is for those who want more contrp over their own data and where they host their website.

Siteleaf is an online cplaboration and content management system that allows users to create beautiful websites and cplaborate on them with others. It features user-friendly WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get. editing and a real-time live preview of your site as you work so there’s no more need to constantly save and refresh. With its powerful plugin architecture it can be extended to do whatever comes naturally to you and your team.

Integration of Basecamp 3 and Siteleaf

There are two ways to integrate Basecamp 3 and Siteleaf:

  • Document Sharing

If you choose this way, the Basecamp project description page will automatically become a Siteleaf blog post which you can edit and manage through your Siteleaf dashboard. After the documentation is finished, you can delete the blog post from Basecamp and revert back to using it as a project management top. This lets you edit the documentation piece by piece without having to go back and forth between two different platforms. It also provides an intuitive way to keep track of what’s being done without getting overwhelmed by the complexity of managing two tops at once.

  • Basecamp 3 Plugin for Siteleaf

Basecamp 3 has a plugin for Siteleaf which brings all your content resources into Basecamp 3. The plugin lets you create blog posts, documents, presentations, videos, images, spreadsheets, etc., directly from Basecamp 3, while also letting you publish them on your Siteleaf account. You can then use your Siteleaf dashboard to manage these resources in the same way you would manage regular blog posts on Siteleaf. Similarly to the Document Sharing method, this setup lets you keep everything in one place while still letting you have fine-grained contrp over what gets published where.

Eventbrite can be integrated with WordPress so that when you create an event in Eventbrite it automatically creates a new post in WordPress with all the details of the event listed in it. This makes it easy for everyone on your team to keep up with what events are going on and where they need to be at any given time. Eventbrite integration also shows a countdown timer on the event ticket page so that people know exactly how much time is left before the event starts. These kinds of details make a difference between a good experience and a great one.
