Employees' work responsibilities will change since they will have different roles when working with these two companies but overall their jobs will be easier since they won't spend as much time fulfilling orders. Shareholders should be happy with this integration because it gives both companies access to more markets which helps increase sales for both companies in the long run. Customers who purchase products from both companies' websites should be happy with this integration too because they will be able to track their orders in one place and get discounts on their orders if they order products from both companies' websites within a certain amount of time. Overall, integrating these two businesses would be beneficial for everyone involved which is why I recommend that BambooHR should consider integrating with Shippo in the future.
