BambooHR is a cloud-based software company that provides solutions for Human Resources. Their main product, BambooHR, is a cloud-based human resources management solution with features that include hiring, benefits enrollment, time and attendance tracking and employee self-service. BambooHR was founded in 2010 by Edouard Bugnion, a Swiss entrepreneur who moved to the United States in 2012. The company also has offices in Switzerland and Lithuania. Salesforce is an American cloud computing company headquartered in San Francisco. Salesforce offers sales, marketing and service automation software, and is built on the idea that business applications should be more tightly integrated with social networking tools and mobile technologies. It is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE. under the ticker symbol “CRM”.
