Smart home technpogy is used to create systems in houses with the help of sensors and other devices. Using these devices, a system can be created to contrp many different aspects of a house. For instance, a motion sensor could be used to turn on a light when there is no movement in the room, or a door sensor could be used to tell if a door is open or closed. With all this now possible, a user can have complete contrp over their home and can do anything from contrpling lights and appliances to locking and unlocking doors and windows.

The two most popular cloud-based services are Amazon Web Services (AWS. and Todoist. Both AWS and Todoist have free plans available where they give a certain amount of free access to users before charging them for more features.
Today we will be discussing how AWS IOT and Todoist can be integrated together to create a system that will contrp things in a house with the help of sensors. We will start by first talking about what exactly AWS IOT and Todoist are and how they work. Then, we will go over how AWS IOT and Todoist can be integrated together to create our smart home system. We will go over how things can be contrpled and how information from sensors can be sent to Todoist. Finally, we will talk about what all this means and what benefits it can have for users using it.
There are many ways that AWS IOT and Todoist can be integrated together. One of the simplest methods is by using Amazon's Lambda service to connect them. Lambda is an integrated service that allows users to run code without having to manage servers. Users simply upload their code into Lambda and then set up the event that would trigger the code to run. This event can be anything from an email being sent or an object being added or deleted from an S3 bucket. Once triggered, Lambda runs whatever code was uploaded to it. In this case, we would set up Lambda to run whenever something was created, updated or deleted in an S3 bucket. This way, any time an object was changed in our S3 bucket, Lambda could run and read its contents. It would then run whatever code was necessary for it to function correctly such as updating a database or sending an email or SMS message.After setting up Lambda, we would then need to connect it with Todoist. We could do this by creating an applet in IFTTT (If This Then That. that would trigger when Lambda ran successfully. This way when Lambda was triggered by changes in our S3 bucket, it would also trigger the IFTTT applet which would in turn trigger Todoist. When this happens, various actions can take place depending on what we want to do with our smart home devices. For example, when the applet triggers, we could tell Todoist to create a new task with a name and description of what just occurred in our S3 bucket. This way we know what action has been taken by our smart home system. Since Todoist is connected with Alexa we could also tell it to add the task into Alexa's queue so it could be read out loud for us if we wanted it to be. We could also tell it to add the task into Google Calendar so we can keep track of what tasks have been completed throughout our day. By connecting AWS IOT and Todoist through cloud-based services like Lambda and IFTTT we are able to get them working together in order to contrp different aspects of our smart home system.
